Kishore Ganji, CEO
Kishore Ganji is the Founder and CEO of Astir IT Solutions, Inc. and the driving force behind its remarkable growth. Kishore also serves as CEO of Sysnet Technology Solutions (which Astir acquired in 2011), and as CEO of Astir Analytics. Prior to starting Astir, Kishore worked for PWC, IBM and Pfizer in the Business Intelligence practices, focusing mainly on Customer Analytics and health care. Before this, he worked for Hewlett Packard. In addition to his role as CEO of Astir, Kishore Ganji serves as the President of the Small and Medium Enterprise Consortium (SMEC), a consortium of over 300 technology companies. SMEC promotes sustainable development of these small and mid-sized businesses and is growing rapidly both here in the United States and abroad. Kishore holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University. He also has an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia. In addition, he was recognized by NJBIZ as one of the top Forty under 40 high-achieving business leaders in New Jersey in 2008 and in 2010 was a finalist in Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Srilalitha Bhattaram, President
Srilalitha Bhattaram is the co-founder and President of Astir IT Solutions, Inc. and has been the driving force in Astir becoming revenue positive. Sri brings a mix of business and technical consulting skills to Astir, having had direct hands-on experience supporting Pfizer, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, McKinsey & Company, Lucent Technologies and Polo Ralph Lauren prior to forming Astir IT with Kishore Ganji.

Bob Markowitz, Executive Vice President
Bob Markowitz, is Executive Vice President and leads the day-to-day management of all Astir operations including Consulting, Marketing, Business & Technical Development, HR, and Recruiting. Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in translating client needs into solutions through his hands-on business consulting, business analysis, marketing, technology and sales experience. His background includes serving as a senior consultant for AT&T’s CRM organization, leading marketing and eLearning technology realization as a partner in DEMA Education, and serving as AT&T Labs Director for New Service Opportunities, where he led client research and technology development of next generation services. He was an early innovator in the marriage of advertising sales promotions and interactive voice response technology where he assisted many of NY's advertising agencies in developing highly successful interactive sales promotions. Bob is noted for his forward thinking concepts and holds more than 50 U.S. patents in the areas of web, multimedia, data and communications services. He has been listed in Marquis Who's Who in the East as well as the premiere edition of Marquis Who's Who in the Media and Communications. Bob holds an MBA in Marketing and Management Sciences from Long Island University, granted “With Distinction”.

Tanya Lagaay, Chief Strategic Advisor
Tanya Lagaay has worked with Astir as Chief Strategic Advisor for over 5 years. She has extensive experience as a business advisor and offers practical advice and support to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as providing strategy and supply chain management services to larger companies. She previously headed her own consulting companies in both South Africa and The Netherlands, and was Regional Director and a member of the Leadership Team for a premier management consulting firm in South Africa where she had extensive experience with Business Intelligence process redesign. Prior to this, she worked in the logistics industry in Europe for almost a decade, employed by a leading Dutch multinational. While there, she obtained broad experience in supply chain management and integration, pan-European warehousing and distribution, and international road and sea transport. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree with Honors in Mathematical Statistics and Operational Research from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She is accredited by the Institute for Independent Business International, a prestigious international research and accreditation organization. Tanya is also a Sponsor of the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development.

Sridhar Vadla, Technical Lead
Sridhar Vadla is Tech Whiz at Astir who brings life to the ideas and concepts of the business department. He holds a Masters in Information Systems from Osmania University and has over 8 years of experience in Delivering world class Products and Services. In his repertoire he has the experience of working for some Fortune 500 companies and brings on board the experience of not only designing and architecting projects but also ensuring high quality output that has made customers come back for more. He is constantly thriving for technological excellence and is responsible for mentoring the next gen Astirites.

Adam Moltisanti, Manager of Marketing and Vendor Relations
Adam Moltisanti is the Manager of Marketing and Vendor Relations at Astir IT. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of Astir’s marketing strategies, as well as the identification and growth of all vendor relationships. In addition to his marketing role, Adam also acts as Product Manager for various products under the Astir umbrella. Adam graduated Magna cum laude with a Bachelors’ Degree from Rider University, and graduated “with honors” with a Masters’ Degree from Rowan University.

Kanan Mehta, HR Manager
Kanan Mehta is Astir’s HR Manager and has over 9 years’ experience spanning across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition/ Recruitments, Business Development/ Sales, Consulting Contracts, Manpower and Resource Planning and Management, Immigration processes, Employee Relations, Organization Development, Training etc. Kanan also has five years of military experience prior to her release as “Captain” from the Indian Army. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mumbai.
