*Overview- Client required an individual who could manage portion of an application
portfolio while interacting with users, business partners, and IT partners. The
required position was multi-faceted, requiring a wide range of different skill sets,
including application management, performance evaluations, and providing training.
*The Solution- An Astir professional was placed with the client, and was
tasked with several different responsibilities. These responsibilities included
the management of a 150+ applications portfolio, enterprise wide support for those
applications, providing impact analysis, release and change management for those
applications, and provide analysis, performance assessments and training to stakeholders.
*Client Benefits- The client was provided an individual who not only managed
a portfolio of business applications, but also executed performance analytics and
provided training to others in the organization. This position required the individual
to take a complete ownership of this portfolio, and overall client satisfaction
was very high.
